highest safety award “The Superior Achievement” award which is granted
by the Alabama Department of Industrial Relations. |

signed by Governor Bob Riley for the time period of May 17, 2004 to May
15, 2005 from the State of Alabama Department of Industrial Relations on
March 6, 2006 for continuous operation without a lost time injury. |
